v4.7-v5.1 - Support - Checking port 9563 opening on Matcher Service host

This article will show how to confirm the port 9563 is opened on the Server or PC where Matcher Service is running.

Go to Windows menu, look for Windows Firewall and run it.

Once on the firewall console, verify both inbound and outbound rules there is the rule for port 9563 used by the Matcher Service:

If not, create the new rule in both Inbound and Outbound rules list following the wizard steps for "New Rule" defining it by Port using TCP protocol and pointing to an specific port as is 9563, then "Allow the connection" on the wizard, set the name and click OK.
