The attached Patient Information Sheet is a PDF document that can be printed by any Matcher customer, give to patients, e.g. at the reception desk.
The feedback from customers is that patients feel more reassured and secure having read the information, so they understand better what systems are in place to safeguard their gametes and embryos during treatment.
It is possible to add a clinic logo to the left hand side, and also to the photo ID card. If you would like to take up this option please contact us.
In addition, if you would like to discuss branding your photo ID cards (either the front or back) with your clinic's details, again please contact us.
